Terms & Conditions

1. Service Charge for purchase of flat will be 4%
2. Service Charge for rental flat is 2 months rent each year.
3. Society Maintenance, Corporation Tax, Maintenance of flat & other incidental costs will be deducted from rent. This cost is approximately 1 to 2 months rent per year.

4. Service Charge for sell of flat will be 2%.
